- Removed old tub surround and walls and replaced with DensShield water-proof backer board around all moisture areas.
- Removed existing tub and replaced with new 8 jet whirlpool tub with 9 color changing LED chromatherapy lighting and in-line heater for extended soaking
- Installed 12x24" marble-look porcelain tile with matte black tile edging
- Installed custom shower tower with LED lighting, body jets, waterfall shower head, misting shower spray, hand-held shower wand, with tub spout
- Installed recessed LED soap/shampoo shelf
- Installed 4” color changing LED light on ceiling above tub
- Installed 3x10 foot electric radiant floor heating from tub to wall and in-between toilet and vanity
- Installed Digital Touchscreen floor thermostat and connected to the radiant floor heating
- Installed new marble-look designer grade vinyl plank floor (7mm thick and 20mil wear layer with lifetime residential warranty and 20 year commercial warranty)
- Installed two 4” color changing LED lights centered over vanity mirror
- Installed custom anti-fog oversized LED mirror with front LED lighting and rear LED lighting options
- Installed 40” black matte custom vanity and marble top with matching black LED waterfall style faucet
- Installed matching custom matte black toilet with 1000g flush capability
- Installed remote control exhaust fan with multiple fan speeds and 8 LED color changing options
- Fresh Olympus White Sherwin Williams paint scheme for walls, and bright white paint throughout the trim work
NOTE: This bathroom had some water damage on the ceiling, which we cut out, treated, patched, and repainted free of charge to the client - as they were doing a full bathroom remodel.
